IIT Bombay in collaboration with German House for Research and Innovation (DWIH) - New Delhi and Technical University Munich (TUM) organized an Indo-German Dialogue on Youth Innovation on Saturday, November 18, 2017 at IIT Bombay at 11:00 at Seminar Room No.31, 3rd floor, VMCC, IIT Bombay
It was a half day event and featured a group of young researchers, leaders and entrepreneurs from India and Germany who presented their award winning and impactful work. The topics were slated to be multidisciplinary with a larger technical and social context to it. This event provided a platform for both the speakers and the audience, for a dialogue and exchange of ideas. Young generation of researchers play an instrumental role in driving research for the development in scientific, commercial as well as in the field of social change. All were encouraged to participate in the event for exploring the opportunities of great innovations. There were presentation by Speakers Mr. Thomas Ruck (WARR Hyperloop, Team WARR Hyperloop TUM) and Ms. Marcella Hansch (Pacific Garbage Cleaning). Speakers from IIT Bombay were Mr. Venkatesh Kadam and Mr. Naveen Gurrapa, Prof. Devdip Purkayasthac, Dr. Rajul Patkar, Mr. Jobish John, Mr.Vinay P. and Mr. Mangesh Gurav.
